Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Securely

  Carefully clean the knife and place it back in its original wooden saya or gift box, ensuring the tip is protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Workshop

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master smiths verify the condition of the return, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement blade within 3-5 business days.
